a highly trained staff of epic Naruto ninja scientists, and a group from Research and Development in the shinigami realm suggest that extreme slowness in Other page loading is due to over excessive use of both imported and stored smileys.
Mods and Admins alike should ban together to delete such smileys and replace them with text saying what the smiley would have been showing.ANNOUNCEMENT

and from here on it would be wise to limit large scale smileys to one a day, and be strategic with use of our set of emoticons.

This was an emergincy warning test call, should this message have been real, it would have read like this:
